1. Agreement

By browsing this website, adding items to your cart, messaging us on WhatsApp, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders

Orders may be placed via this website (cart checkout on WhatsApp), WhatsApp directly, phone, or in person during opening hours. An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it and confirm availability, price, and pickup or delivery details.

Whole celebration cakes and large orders should be pre-ordered. We recommend ordering in advance for weekends and public holidays.

3. Prices & payment

Prices on the website and menu are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice. The final amount will be confirmed on WhatsApp before or at collection.

We accept bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, DuitNow QR, and cash (walk-in). Payment terms for custom cakes may require a deposit — we will advise when you order.

4. Pickup

Pickup is at our Klang bakery during opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am – 7:15 pm (closed Sunday). Please arrive at the agreed time. Items not collected within a reasonable period may be disposed of without refund, at our discretion.

5. Delivery

Delivery within Klang Valley may be available subject to location, date, and order size. Delivery fees and minimum order values will be confirmed on WhatsApp. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or to your authorised recipient.

6. Product information & allergens

Images are for illustration. Products are handmade; appearance may vary slightly. We handle common allergens including gluten, eggs, dairy, and nuts in our kitchen. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, tell us before ordering — we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

7. Cancellations & changes

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. For standard items, cancellation at least 24 hours before the agreed pickup or delivery time may receive a full refund or credit at our discretion.

Custom celebration cakes and pre-orders may require longer notice; deposits for custom work are generally non-refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours of the scheduled date, unless we agree otherwise.

8. Refunds

If you receive a product that is incorrect or unfit for consumption due to our error, contact us promptly with details. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on correctly fulfilled orders.

9. Website use

Content on this site is owned by Pastryfeel Resources and is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse our images, text, or branding without written permission.

We strive to keep the website accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Cart data is stored locally in your browser; clearing browser data may remove your cart.

10. Privacy

When you contact us or place an order, we collect information you provide (such as name, phone number, and delivery address) to fulfil your order and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data. Messages sent via WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim arising from your order or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time you place an order. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
